Astach
Astach is an island near Mineia. It is separated from the continent by the [TBA] Channel, and is bordered sunward and clockwise by the Sea of Winds and distally by the Unknown Sea. It is the homeland of the Asclovian people.
Etymology
The name Astach comes from Asclovian Ìastach, a modern phonological spelling of the older name Aidheastach. Etymologically, the name is composed of aidheas "old" and -tach, a suffix for places and lands.
