Ár

Ár (/ɑ:r/) is the name given to the consciousness inherent to the ichor which makes up the bedrock of Árdan. It is said that Ár, upon gaining consciousness, shaped the endless sea of ichor into the lands that now make up the world. It then created the Angels from the ichor, which went on to continue shaping the world. According to the Angels themselves, Ár has been dormant ever since, awakening only once to lay waste to the world in a fit of rage.
